Jason Bull - Director

Mr. Bull has taught music since 2007 and is excited to teach at Bonneville High School. He received his BME from BYU-Idaho and will soon complete his Master of Music in Music Education from Idaho State University. He treasures his experiences studying horn with Michael Packham, Kendell Nielsen, Steve Park, and a memorable summer of study at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival with Jeff Nelsen, professor of horn at Indiana University and member of the Canadian Brass. Mr. Bull has been fortunate to perform with various bands, and chamber ensembles over the years. One notable performance includes the 2007 "Spirit of the Season" live Christmas concerts and Grammy-nominated album with the Orchestra and Choir on Temple Square, featuring Norwegian vocal sensation, Sissel. He has also been a member of the Idaho Falls Symphony and Symphony Woodwind Quintet since 2005.

Mr. Bull has had a strong desire to teach music from a young age and credits much of that to his talented and dedicated music teachers from sixth grade beginning band and beyond! He has a passion for helping young people to develop their individual musicianship and their potential as future leaders. Mr. Bull lives with his wife Kristen, three energetic children, and dog Chuck.
